Real Estate
When we look at who holds the money in the world today, it is evident that they do it in 1 of 2 ways, if not both. Business Ownership, and Real Estate Investments. After a hard days work, whether it be as an employee or a business owner, our goal is to say: ‘We have control of our life!’
We do that through Real Estate!
Here are a few ways we categorize our property investments:
Auction Properties
Most of properties we find are on the public auctions. We are open to all sources, but the prices and benefits of the auctions are hard to beat.
Rentals
Nothing says passive income like a monthly rent deposit. That’s why most of our properties are held as rentals.
Fix and Flip
On occassion we find a property that makes a good short-term return. We just have to make sure to dot those Italian ‘T’s and cross those Italian ‘I’s!
‘We buy ugly houses’
Haha! You’ve probably seen the expression on signs all over the world. Well here in Italy, that’s exactly what we’ve been doing. We love taking a historic property and giving it a new face.
